Job Description Jacksonville Ship Repair Steel shop is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience who will perform a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as operations and production. Time keeping and training.
Updates and able to be proficient in Excell and word documents able to assist on work package scheduling.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Must have good computer skills with emphasis in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
May assist processing timesheets and travel forms.
Maintain schedules, calendar of supervisor, and assist in budget tasks such as tracking leave and department expenditures
Consistently works on assignments requiring independent action and regularly demonstrates initiative to resolve issues.

Obtains or provides information or data on matters of significant importance to the function of the department, which may be of sensitive in nature.

Receives ongoing general supervision and direction.
Requires regular contact within the department and occasionally with other departments within the company
over time may be required for schedule and time keeping purposes.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $57900

Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:

business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
