We're looking for:

Someone with a passion for video games and wants to apply analytical skills and methodology expertise to consumer insights via multiple methodologies - we work with some of the biggest names in each category.
Someone who is excellent at managing quant insights projects from start to finish, with some experience or interest in qual methodology.
Someone who is able to jump in or mentor junior team members on every stage of the research process, from survey design to reporting
Folks who can see data and tell a story; who know how to find actionable insights and know how to move beyond basic reportage approach.
A strong eye for detail - sweating the small stuff is as important as the big stuff

It'll be helpful if you have:
At least 3-4 yrs research experience in custom/adhoc research - we dig templated projects, love tracking, but in this group, we're all about the unique business questions, so custom experience is key.
Good understanding of qual research (project design, moderating, and/or analysis) to accompany your strong quant skills.
A Bachelor's degree in the Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics or related fields.
Razor-sharp skills in all basic Office/ Google docs applications; knowledge of an array of common communications tools and platforms; experience with or knowledge of research platforms a plus.

Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision.
