Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AVP to join our Wholesale Lending team at Barclays. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution in Wholesale Lending.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Wholesale Lending Initiatives
    • Process, review, report, trade, and resolve issues in Wholesale Lending through lending technical expertise.
    • Monitor the bank's lending operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes with teams across the bank.
    • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in Wholesale Lending processes.
  • Develop and Implement Wholesale Lending Procedures
    • Develop and implement Wholesale Lending procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
    • Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Identify industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale Lending Services.
    • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Lending efficiency and effectiveness.
