Responsibilities:
Assist sales team to drive sales including order processing, order tracking and ensuring on time deliveries.
Communicate with buyers for purchase orders, delivery extensions and revisions needed.
Create and revise Internal Purchase Orders
Work closely with design, production, and logistics teams
Assist in market preparation/showroom set-up and presentation to customers.
Prepare sample packages to send out customers and follow up on their return.
Sample and showroom maintenance
Special projects as assigned.
Help organize and maintain digital sales tools.
Track left to sell merchandise/inventory reports.
Maintenance of licensor charts.
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Microsoft Office proficiency mainly in Microsoft Excel
Team player & Positive Attitude
1-2 years' experience preferred as an assistant in wholesale apparel or retail business. (willing to train for the right candidate).
