Sales Operations Specialist

Position is a hybrid role, expected to be in office at least once a week.
- Creating sales orders, including order entry, fulfillment, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, including authorizing RMAs.
- Setting up new customer accounts and ensuring that the proper data is collected, organized, and categorized.
- Troubleshooting inventory issues, gathering missing information in Salesforce
- Ability to think out of the box and hands on attitude.
Education/Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, healthcare management, or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations role in healthcare, preferably medical devices
- Experience with a CRM and ERP system.
- Strong Microsoft Office experience.
- Experience managing sales order process
Other PREFERRED qualifications
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (preferably Tableau).
