IMA's Corporate Accounting group is seeking an Agency Billing Specialist to join our team out of our Wichita, KS office This position is responsible for producing Agency Bill Transactions for IMA business units. A successful applicant must be agile and flexible, have self-direction, possess problem solving, have effective communication skills, and be technology savvy.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Possess comfort with high degree of oversight and accountability for quality and efficiency of work product
  • Managetimelines with high quality production while following established workflow
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation for ease in reconciliation
  • With moderate guidance, resolveprocessing obstacles by utilizing client centric problem solving and research techniques
  • Interactprofessionally and timely with IMA associates via email and phone in order to obtain critical information needed to process transactions
  • Assistwith other Agency Bill related tasks such as Carrier Discrepancies, Account Reconciliations, and Aged Receivable related items as requested
  • Support and demonstrate IMA's core values
  • Value and understand the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates

Required skills and experiences:

  • Six months to two years of similar or related experience required
  • Experience with MS Office products required(specifically Outlook and Excel)h
  • High School diploma required
  • High-level organization and attention to detailrequired
  • Ability to strictly follow processes and procedures
  • Strong customer service skills, including courtesy,tact and diplomacy
  • Competent with math, ten-key and basic accounting skills
  • Bachelor'sdegree preferred or equivalent experience
