Role Summary:

Veolia WTS is currently searching for a Proposal Validation Engineer to drive efficiency using tools, analysis of metrics and providing support in the area of compliance. The PL will support the following product lines; IX-Bridge, Asset Care and Operations Outsourcing.

Essential Responsibilities
Provide the Commercial Engineering team support by assisting with accurate RAMP completion along with occasional internal audits. Review Win3 notes and ensure executive summaries, performance guarantees, and terms and conditions align with approved positions for all waste water, and PFAS applications Own dashboard to track all WW and PFAS applications.Supporting strategies during proposal development to ensure proposal language is accurate, and informative without being over reaching.Interfacing with Risk/Legal teams as required Position will also support part time proposal development for Bridge and LTSA opportunities, including generating budget and firm proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical,, environmental or chemical engineering, Chemistry or other Bachelor's in ScienceMinimum of 3 years experience in water or wastewater engineering or equipment supply field, preferably with some knowledge of membrane process equipment. Minimum of 2 years experience in bidding/proposal preparation and the ability to read and understand bid/proposal specification, both from a technical and commercial perspective, as related to contractual terms and conditions.

This position will be based out of the Veolia WTS Office. Some travel will be required for this position.
