Environmental Scientist, Routing and Siting Specialist

Our client is looking for a creative Environmental Scientist, Routing and Siting Specialist to assist with the delivery of electrical transmission line routing and substation siting projects for investor-owned utilities and independent transmission developers.

You'll need to hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental science, planning, engineering or a related field, with the ability to demonstrate comprehensive experience in environmental planning, assessment and associated documentation. You will have solid experience in routing and siting with NEPA document development, or other relevant natural resources work, such as transmission line permitting. An excellent communicator, you'll be confident preparing technical reports and proposals, communicating with a variety of audiences. With strong interpersonal skills, you have the ability to build and maintain productive networking relationships and enjoy working as part of a team.

A good driving record and valid driver's license is required for this role. You will be required to conduct field work on occasions.
