responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and forecast work with the owner, field personnel, and subcontractors

Be responsible for all costs of the project including ongoing invoice approvals

Negotiate and implement contract changes timely

Coordinate resources for the project, including tools, equipment, and personnel

Interface and communicate project status throughout the project term with corporate management

Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with customers, prime contractors, and subcontractors #LI-TN1
