Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5+ years of retail , hospitality, grocery, or restaurant experience, with at least three years in a management capacity required
- Proven success in coaching and training employees
- Strong understanding of sales drivers and customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and customer service preferred
- Experience with recruiting and performance evaluation processes
- Ability to delegate tasks to other team members
