Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated individual with a creative flair and a strong organizational mindset to fill the role of Merchandising Associate. This position is crucial in maintaining an inviting and well-organized sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance company sales and profitability by effectively managing the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring a seamless flow of products to create an engaging shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist in implementing display changes under the guidance of the Visual Assistant Store Leader or Merchandising Team Leader.
  • Support the execution of seasonal and weekly floor plans, maintaining alignment with store objectives.
  • Keep the sales floor, including counters and displays, well-stocked and organized, prioritizing cleanliness and signage.
  • Contribute to the creation of eye-catching window displays.
  • Handle duties related to receiving and processing shipments efficiently.
  • Assist with customer pick-up orders while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Assistant Store Leader and Operations Assistant Store Leader to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure proper lighting and product awareness throughout the store.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service by maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm in all interactions.
  • Participate actively in merchandising meetings and training sessions to enhance team collaboration.
  • Foster a strong sense of teamwork by working respectfully and efficiently with fellow associates.
  • Stay informed about relevant technology and systems related to the position.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in stock management, distribution, or retail is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 65 pounds, with assistance for heavier merchandise.
  • Full-Time roles require flexible availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
  • Part-Time roles require availability for at least two weekend days and one weekday or evening.
