Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual with a collaborative spirit to fill the role of Visual Associate / Merchandising Team Member. This position requires a unique blend of organization and creativity, as maintaining an aesthetically pleasing sales floor is crucial.

As a Visual Associate, you will report to the Assistant Store Leader, Visual & Assistant Store Leader, Operations, and work alongside a talented team focused on supporting the sales floor by maintaining and restocking displays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance company sales growth and profitability by effectively managing the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring a captivating experience for every customer.
  • Assist in display modifications under the guidance of the Assistant Store Leader, Visual or Team Leader, Merchandising.
  • Support the execution of seasonal and weekly floor plans as directed by the Assistant Store Leader, Visual.
  • Maintain and replenish the sales floor, including sales counters and all store displays, while prioritizing stocking, signage, and cleanliness.
  • Participate in creating store window displays.
  • Handle duties related to receiving and processing shipments.
  • Safely assist with customer pick-up orders.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Store Leader, Visual/Assistant Store Leader, Operations to complete essential inventory control tasks, supporting financial and inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure proper lighting throughout the store.
  • Stay informed about current products across all departments.
  • Exhibit excellent service by maintaining a positive attitude and enthusiasm towards the job and company in all communications.
  • Engage in weekly merchandising meetings, store meetings, and training sessions.
  • Promote teamwork by working collaboratively and respectfully with all associates.
  • Maintain a fundamental understanding of relevant computer systems and programs.
  • Participate in ongoing training regarding technology updates and new systems.
Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in stock, distribution centers, or retail environments.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Effective organizational and time management abilities.

Physical requirements include the ability to move and/or lift up to 65 pounds, with assistance for heavier items.

Availability

Full-Time Roles: Must have open availability for flexible hours, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Part-Time Roles: Must be available to work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday) and at least one weekday or evening.
