Job Overview:
The Retail Sales Representative plays a vital role in creating an inviting atmosphere where customers feel like honored guests.

This role fosters authentic customer relationships, resulting in enthusiastic patrons who feel a strong connection to Rally House and its team.

The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for all aspects of creating a welcoming environment, including opening and closing tasks, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of products, and ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively to meet company standards.

This position contributes positively to the store and team by diligently completing tasks assigned by store leadership.


Key Responsibilities:
Communication:
Effectively communicates with guests, management, and fellow associates.
Merchandising:
Maintains company standards for product presentation.
Sales:
Demonstrates the ability to drive sales, enhance customer experiences, and build lasting relationships with guests.

Customer Service:

Ensures that customer satisfaction remains the top priority.

Accuracy:
Comfortable and precise with cash handling and transactions.

Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to work under moderate supervision, communicate clearly and confidently, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and functional skills for utilizing digital devices and online applications. A growth mindset and outgoing personality are essential.

Qualifications:
No prior experience is necessary; retail sales experience is a plus. Must be able to stand and walk, communicate in person and by phone, use hands to handle objects, reach with arms, and differentiate colors. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Hourly Rate: $16.00
