  • Adhere to all labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization standards throughout the store.
  • Promote customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
  • Contribute to loss prevention strategies and safety protocols.

Candidate Profile:

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and unexpected challenges.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with peers and supervisors.
  • Experience in training and mentoring others.
  • Minimum of one year in retail and six months in a leadership role.
