Job Description

Front Desk Management:Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Administrative Support:Provide general administrative support to various departments.Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Office Management:Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order.Oversee office cleanliness and organization.Handle basic IT support and liaise with IT department for more complex issues.Record Keeping:Maintain and update company records and databases.Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

ducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Personal Attributes:Friendly and professional demeanor.Reliable and punctual.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
