  • Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Provide Tier I/II and Tier 3 (Escalation to Architecture Team) resolution of customer capacity requests.
  • Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.
  • Provide connectivity and utilization support to Cloud Infrastructure Services managed cloud environment customers.
  • Provide customer support through chat, email and capacity request ticketing.
  • Follow established guidelines for delivery of cloud based resources.
  • Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of customer resources.
  • Provide assistance to users in accessing and utilizing cloud based computer resources.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact between the customer and the Architecture and Capacity Engineering teams.
  • Maintain currency of relevant documents and update the Wiki and SharePoint knowledge bases. Basic Qualifications :
  • Possess an entry-level/mid-cloud certification (i.e. Azure, AWS, Openstack).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline from an accredited college or university with four (4) years' experience.
  • Candidate will be responsible for drafting documentation such as FAQs and internal knowledge articles.
  • Strong understanding of IT principles.
  • Strong understanding of cloud compute principles.
  • Working understanding of commercially available cloud hosting options (Like: AWS, Azure) Preferred Qualifications :
  • Demonstrated experience using tools like OpenStack, Eucalyptus, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
  • Possess an advanced cloud certification (i.e. AWS, Azure, OpenStack)
  • Development experience with both Linux and Windows workloads using cloud technologies with automation including Amazon Cloudformation, OpsWorks, Ansible, Chef, and Docker.
  • Demonstrated experience writing software scripts using languages such as Perl, Python, or Ruby. Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Current/Active TS/SCI with Polygraph ​6.26.BP.SH.AB.AL.23
