Responsibilities:

Joining our Office of Philanthropy as a Development Database Coordinator, you will be part of a team tasked with a philanthropic goal to support the mission and strategic business direction of Community Health System. You should be a knowledgeable problem solver with exceptional communication skills who pays meticulous attention to detail. Reporting directly to the Manager of Foundation Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring effective and efficient gift administration and stewardship. Additionally, you will contribute to the team's efforts by fostering employee engagement and retention, as well as building and maintaining relationships with our donors.

Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in related field requiredHigh School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate and 5 years of related professional experience may be substituted for education and experience1 year fund development experience, including Raiser's Edge database support required3 years of experience in fund development preferredExperience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferredDisclaimer:
