Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions (EDDS) brings together key internal business operations that provide support to all American Express business units. As part of EDDS, the Enterprise Performance Channel Enablement team supports digital marketing initiatives at scale.

The Manager role will oversee media enablement within the US, primarily focused on merchant advertising.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Drive and support media and campaign planning, creative approval process, and reporting for advertisers oDevelop media plans with business development associates and lead relationship owners aligned to advertiser campaign objectives oSupport creative approval and upload process, ensuring compliance requirements are met and creative is uploaded into Google Ad Manager oDevelop mid and post-campaign reports for advertisers, pulling in measurement metrics and developing insights and recommendations Activate and manage onsite display ads using Google Ad Manager (GAM) on TLS oOwn all aspects of campaign production & execution for onsite media display offerings, including ad unit development, campaign creation, trafficking tags & creative, targeting implementation, and campaign quality checks and assurance oManage and track onsite ad inventory and performance during campaign planning oMonitor onsite display performance and produce regular reporting, including weekly pacing reports, executing any required in-flight optimizations oEnsure campaigns deliver against performance expectations oDirectly support troubleshooting & reconciliation processes, serving as the escalation point around all operational issues Develop documentation of processes and support development of future operational roadmaps and process maps Required Qualifications 1+ year of experience in advertising operations, specifically in setting up and activating campaigns, trafficking tags and creative, pulling pacing and ad inventory reports, and executing campaign optimizationsProficiency in and hands-on experience with Google Ads platforms, preferably with experience using Google Ad ManagerUnderstanding of standard digital advertising or media specific best practices for campaign planning and executionStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insightsExperience using Excel, SQL, Tableau, R, Python, or similar tools preferredA strategic approach to execution, including an ability to identify process improvementsExcellent written & verbal communication skills Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
