Reporting directly to the Director of Early Career Recruiting, the successful candidate will leverage their comprehensive understanding of the business to attract and hire top-tier talent, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 commensurate with experience and skills.

What You Will Do

Full Cycle Recruitment:
Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles. This includes building a robust talent pipeline, conducting screening and on-site interviews, overseeing the hiring process, and fostering positive candidate relationships

Talent Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture relationships with top talent through effective sourcing, networking, and advocacy for both internal and external candidates

Data-Driven Approach:
Utilize a data-driven approach to provide valuable insights into the talent pipeline, enhance recruiting strategies, and garner support from stakeholders and partners

Diversity Initiatives:
Focus on diversity initiatives within the early talent space to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their business needs and priorities, aligning recruitment efforts accordingly

Continuous Learning:
Stay abreast of industry trends, company objectives, and market dynamics to continuously develop business knowledge and acumen

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university strongly required
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, with a preference for experience in university recruiting
  • Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Workday a plus
  • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint)
  • General business knowledge and interest in the entertainment business.
  • Strong problem-solving, listening and skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
  • An analytical mind with attention to detail
