Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and attract candidates utilizing our internal database and a variety of recruitment platforms, including Indeed, Vivian, and other job boards.
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint qualified individuals.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to gauge candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences.
  • Implement and adhere to HR recruiting best practices to ensure an effective recruitment process.
  • Deliver analytical and well-documented recruitment reports to the team.
  • Serve as a liaison and cultivate strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend their staffing requirements and provide timely updates.
  • Enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice to attract exceptional talent.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a recruiter in the healthcare sector.
  • Practical knowledge of various selection methods and recruitment software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, TSS, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Indeed, Vivian, and other job boards is essential.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong work ethic, independence, and self-motivation.
