Your Day-to-Day

  • Invoicing: Accurately process a high volume of invoices daily, ensuring timely reconciliation of data across systems.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable functions by verifying and reconciling invoices.
  • Billing Systems: Utilize billing software to input and track invoices, payments, and accounts receivable.
  • Data Entry: Efficiently input billing and payment information into accounting systems.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and clients to address billing discrepancies and inquiries.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience as a Billing Clerk, Accounts Payable Clerk, or in a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms.
  • Strong numerical proficiency coupled with keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices, as well as regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and responsibilities.
