As a Senior Billing Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of billing for subscription, usage, and professional services. You will collaborate with the contracting and QA teams to drive process improvement and design next-generation billing processes using Zuora billing functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy of billing for subscription, usage, and professional services
  • Collaborate with contracting and QA teams for process improvement
  • Design next-generation billing processes using Zuora billing functionality
  • Collaborate with Support to validate and process End of Life product notifications (EOLs)
  • Collaborate with AR for sending accounts to outside collections as needed
  • Redesign the interaction between clients and billing as it relates to billing disputes
  • Ability to clearly articulate contract language
  • Process settlements and amendments in a timely manner
  • Proper documentation of billing interactions in Salesforce is required
  • Ensure compliance with all SOX controls

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience (required)
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience (required)
  • 4-7 years relevant work experience (preferred)
  • Experience with Zuora Billing is a plus
