Position Overview:
The Senior Billing Specialist is tasked with resolving intricate client billing issues and plays a pivotal role in ensuring that subsequent billing is accurate.
This role is responsible for accurately reflecting revenue through invoicing and crediting our clients promptly based on contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure precision in billing for subscriptions, usage, and professional services. Collaborate with contracting and quality assurance teams to enhance processes as necessary. Assist in designing the next generation of billing processes utilizing advanced billing functionalities. Work with support teams to validate and process product notifications.Additional Responsibilities:
Collaborate with accounts receivable for sending accounts to external collections when required. Redefine the interaction between clients and billing concerning billing disputes. Ability to clearly communicate contract language. Process settlements and amendments efficiently. Maintain thorough documentation of billing interactions in the designated system. Ensure adherence to all compliance controls. Contribute to preparations for upcoming system conversions.Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent technical/business experience (Required) Associate's degree or equivalent experience (Required) 4-7 years of relevant work experience (Preferred) Familiarity with advanced billing systems is advantageous.Commitment to Professional Growth:
