Your job responsibilities as an Office Coordinator:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with various vendors
  • Provide technology assistance and be the liaison with CompuCom
  • Maintaining the Team PTO calendar
  • Coordinating lunch break coverage
  • Assigning workspaces and updating name plates
  • Acting as backup for the copy center, mail room, and front desk
  • Troubleshooting printer issues
  • Supporting FCM
  • Coordinating Team Member headshots
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

  • Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, Human Resources degree preferred OR At least 2 years of office experience providing administrative or office support in lieu of education/degree.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and handle multiple work assignments independently.
  • Experience with Epic, ImageRight, and Smartsheet preferred
  • Must be able to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with diverse groups including associates, candidates, and visitors.
  • Ability to perform administrative functions.
