Essential Functions, Duties, & Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of Client Satisfaction
    • Ensure that client goals are clearly understood by the account team and that the account team is well-equipped to achieve goals
    • Manage and oversee achievement of all qualitative goals such as creative optimization, audience strategy, and new launches
    • Maintain and track clear objectives for each team and initiative, ensuring that success is quantifiable and measurable
    • Reinforce objectives and issue clear directives amidst competing priorities and client requests
    • Ensure optimal exceeds expectations for key account contacts
  • Organization and Project Management
    • Centralize goals, projects, individual to-do's, and upcoming deliverables through a project management tool on a monthly or quarterly basis
    • Take ownership of ensuring the project management tool is accurate and that all projects are being completed on time
    • Serve as a subject matter expert with enough familiarity of the account and ongoing tasks to provide ongoing support to account teams and ensure that all relevant parties are engaged for any given project
  • Secondary Client Communication
    • Oversee client communications between client contacts and primary account POC's, stepping in where needed to facilitate seamless communication
    • Attend all client meetings OR organizing the information transfer and getting updates from meetings that are not attended
    • Maintain strong cross-team communication, connecting departments or team members where necessary to facilitate client goals
  • Presentation Deck Ownership
    • Ensure clear expectations for each client meeting and work with relevant parties to ensure material is accurate and prepared in a timely manner
    • Work closely with team members in preparation of client decks to minimize irrelevant and unnecessary work
    • Prepare and distribute client meeting agendas or executive summaries
    • Review all client presentations to ensure material follows a logical progression and is clear, concise and digestible to clients while maintaining the detail necessary
  • Finance and Administrative Support
    • Support the additional approval activities that clients require for us to do business with them
    • Support the accounting business activities for clients' business units
    • Maintain budgeting documents
    • Oversee quarterly authorizations for updated media budgets
    • Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure that we are billing accurately for all media spend and that invoices are being collected on time
  • Creative
    • Assist in the delivery of creative analysis to end client and creative agency
    • Join key meetings with account teams and creative agencies as needed to discuss creative and creative performance
    • Organize and project-manage creative analysis meetings with the client to ensure that meetings are productive with actionable takeaways

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • 4+ years of full-time, professional PPC experience, including 2+ years of hands-on campaign buildout & optimization
  • Consistent track record of driving quantifiable results while handling high campaign volume, large budgets, and complex strategies across multiple Paid Search and Paid Social channels
  • Superior ability to analyze data in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads or other analytics platforms
  • Experience with Display or Programmatic advertising is also a plus
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Best-in-class communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 4-year Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, statistics, analytics, or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Office Hours

This role is based out of our Austin office. Our Austin team works on a hybrid basis, with three days per week working in the office and two days per week working from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
