Inside Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Identify and Cultivate Relationships: Proactively seek out and develop relationships with potential clients in the hospitality, events, wedding industries and "non-traditional" on premise accounts.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies tailored to specific client segments and market trends.
- Client Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, phone calls, and networking events to introduce Via Carota Craft Cocktails and its offerings.
- Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, and propose customized cocktail solutions to enhance their events and offerings.
- Event Support: Provide support to clients during events, including coordinating logistics, ensuring product delivery, and offering on-site assistance as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in tele-sales and/or event planning.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business and expanding brand awareness.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the hospitality, events, and wedding industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
