Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Explore opportunities within client organizations to maximize program engagement.
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects.
  • Communicate consistently with clients via phone and email regarding orders and shipping details.
  • Conduct product research, offer recommendations, and provide both virtual and physical samples.
  • Utilize company stores for merchandise flexibility in collaboration with clients.
  • Generate quotes for customer orders.
  • Handle clients' artwork and liaise with Designers accordingly.
  • Input sales orders utilizing Salesforce.
  • Coordinate the review and approval of proofs with clients.
  • Collaborate with Account Coordinators on sales orders.
  • Potential involvement in presentations, meetings, and industry trade shows.
  • Perform additional sales-related tasks as delegated, aligned with business needs.

Required Education/Experience:

  • • 3 years of experience in promotional product sales is a prerequisite.
  • Engage in prospecting activities within existing client accounts.
  • Pursue new business prospects proactively.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a must.
  • Experience with Illustrator/Photoshop is advantageous.
  • Above-average 10-key and typing proficiencies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Capability to perform effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

This role offers a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and commission.
