Talkspace is looking to bring on an experienced Sr. Manager, Product Operations to enable growth at scale across our Payer-driven business. This individual will partner with internal stakeholders across product, sales, and finance to support the entire funnel of revenue cycle management from implementation through claims and billing.


*This is a remote position based, Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*


What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain effective organizational systems to track and drive velocity across our claims health initiatives
  • Analyze claims to understand where the drop-off is occurring and synthesize the analysis for upper management
  • Lead all internal configuration needs and eligibility testing for our patients
  • Partner with project management and sales leads to drive successful Behavioral Health implementations
  • Support data science needs from internal and external partners, including monthly reporting
  • Guide successful EFT/ERA set up alongside claims and billing team
  • Partner with Product Manager, Health Plans to tackle payer product feature and bug fix requests

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of professional experience in business operations or product
  • Proficiency working in SQL, Excel/Spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency working with Jira and Confluence
  • You love getting technical, delving into process flows and understanding how the system is functioning. You enjoy querying data and analyzing it.
  • You've helped develop an internal playbook for how to pinpoint the right opportunities and translate them into strategic payer initiatives.
  • You have relevant experience in the healthcare industry, especially with claims processing, internal operations, and payment services.
  • You possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization.

  • Product focused experience working to improve the claims and payment process for Payers

Compensation

At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.

The base salary range for this role is between $100,000.00 and $125, Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate's relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
