Tufts Medical Center seeks a Chief of Urology to provide academic and innovative leadership within the Department of Surgery's expanding team of clinicians, educators, and scientists.

We are creating a distributed academic care model amongst Tufts Medicine to best serve our patients in environments that are most comfortable to them. Our system aims to bring frictionless care to our patients so they can best seek the care they need across our network.

You will work within a well-known, full-service community hospital just north of Boston with the ability to bring more complex cases to Boston. Both sites are supported with DaVinci XI robots and training modules.

How you'll transform patient care:
Recruit and oversee a growing team of Primary Care clinicians and allied health professionalsBuild and participate in quality programs for the Division and the Department of Medicine, including oversight of the work of our Local Care Organization
How you'll impact the academic mission:
Recruit and oversee a growing team with a commitment to medical education and clinical investigationDevelop and build a vision for interdisciplinary and translational research within the DivisionShape the future of our Urology residency program. A passion for teaching is essential.
