Your Responsibilities
  • Leadership in Technology: Guide and mentor engineers of all levels, providing valuable insights and expertise through code reviews and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
  • Architectural Collaboration: Work closely with Architects to comprehend designs and technical requirements. Engage in architectural dialogues, suggesting and assessing solutions that align with business objectives, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Strategic Insight: Play a key role in crafting technical strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and emerging technologies. Evaluate the feasibility and impact of adopting new tools or processes with a focus on long-term implications.
  • Standardization and Quality Practices: Utilize your expertise to analyze codebases, creating technical documentation for standardization, references, and reporting purposes to enhance quality.
  • Continuous Enhancement: Address intricate technical challenges, focusing on system-wide optimizations, performance upgrades, and scalability improvements.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate across teams to resolve technical issues efficiently as they surface.
  • System Maintenance Support:
    • Configure, customize, and integrate software/hardware components.
    • Perform system testing and troubleshooting for optimal functionality.
    • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Requirements and Expertise
  • Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Extensive Experience: Possess a minimum of seven years in software engineering and/or enterprise web development.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Demonstrated ability to deploy and ensure successful functionality of specific solutions.
    • Familiarity with twelve-factor application development.
    • Proficient in various programming languages, frameworks, and design patterns.
  • Desirable Technical Knowledge:
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
    • Knowledge of APIs, publish-subscribe patterns, and technologies such as NodeJS, NextJS, React, NestJS, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin, MuleSoft, Kafka, AWS Cloud Platform, CI/CD pipelines, and other supporting technologies.
  • Systems Architecture: Exhibit a strong understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture and Microservices.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Address complex technical issues with innovative solutions.
  • Forward-Thinking Mentality: Anticipate challenges and effectively communicate to execute plans successfully.
  • Project Management Skills: Offer solutions and foster cross-functional collaboration for project completion.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Relationship Building: Skillful in building influential relationships to foster positive experiences continuously.
We operate in a hybrid work environment, with remote work on Monday and Tuesday, and in-office on Wednesdays to Fridays.
