This position supports the Jessica M. Morris Women in Engineering Program in the Tickle College of Engineering by assisting the Director through implementation of events and activities with a priority on retention, outreach, and recruitment. The Women in Engineering Coordinator works with K-12 students with an emphasis on high school students, schedules campus visits, tours, and helps administer summer programs. This role also provides support processing travel expenditures, facilitates vendor set-up, maintain ordering and inventory of office/event supplies, schedule meetings, create materials for programs and events, and attend training, seminars, and conferences as needed to perform the job.
