At Global Spirits we oversee one of the largest spirits holdings in the world. As the largest Ukrainian spirits operation we are dedicated to growing our presence in the US market and are looking for motivated and excited people do it Some of the key brands we already have in the market are Khor Vodka (Top 5 global vodka sales, #2 before the war), Odessa Brandy (#4 highest-selling brandy globally), and many more that we're excited to be launching in the states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivated & driven sales rep able to perform in off-prem sales environment
  • Experience selling volumetric and premium brands
  • Developing and selling in the DFW area with existing customer base
  • Develops pre-plans for achieving sales and merchandising objectives by understanding company pricing and product programming information every month and maintaining accurate historical account purchase information.
  • Executes in store tastings
  • Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by developing an effective and efficient routing pattern.
  • Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers
  • Attains standards of performance goals by achieving the distribution, volume, and activity goals of supplier brands as set by management.
  • management on inventory levels by being aware of current and out-of-stock situations
  • Ensures maximum brand visibility within accounts by maintaining account standards as determined by management and using practical and current point-of-sale materials
  • Execute and manage staff trainings on portfolio
  • Attends and actively participates in sales meetings.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Complying with company procedures, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3-4 years of spirits sales experience preferred.
  • An understanding of spirits is required, with related channel experience preferred.
  • Must be a detail and results-oriented, deadline-driven professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently and within a team.
  • Proficiency in PC skills using MS Office and other programs, including presentation software.
  • Familiarity with assigned territory.
  • The position requires a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
