The Challenge

Global Asset Management Team Lead, is a subject matter expert responsible for the lifecycle management and governance of the T2 Interactive enterprise technology assets. This role ensures that IT assets are properly inventoried, maintained, and disposed of according to established policies and procedures. Working in close coordination with technical teams and our partners (e.g., Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Information Security), the IT Asset Manager establishes, enforces, monitors, and continuously
improves asset management processes, standards, and controls. The combination of attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to partner with technical partners allows this individual to ensure the efficient and effective use of IT assets.


What you'll take on

  • Oversees the T2 IT asset management (ITAM) program in partnership with the Senior Manager of Centralized Asset Management, inclusive of procedures, processes, and controls for inventory
    management, software licensing, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Oversees the asset tag project for both endpoint and servers working with vendors and IT
    infrastructure teams.
  • Supports the definition of guidelines for the use of IT assets.
  • Assist with collaborators for the procurement of new IT assets and disposition of legacy assets to establish appropriate controls and processes for preserving an accurate and dynamic enterprise asset inventory.
  • Responsible for the process of imaging equipment across T2, 2K, and Zynga globally.
  • Assist in the T2 Interactive asset database / system of record for assets (e.g., software, hardware) and configuration management (CMDB), ensuring that the records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in the design and oversee the execution of standards and operational processes for configuration management.
  • Proactively finds opportunities for simplification, cost savings, risk-reduction, and efficiency across IT.
  • Actively evaluates industry solutions to drive continuous improvement and automation for ongoing asset management activities.
  • Assist with the design and monitor asset management service management levels / key performance indicators in partnership with IT functional teams.
  • Partners with IT solution teams and 3rd party providers as needed to apply and maintain features.
  • Stays informed of industry trends and best practices relative to IT asset management.
  • Maintains in conjunction with Senior Manager the ongoing ITAM budget required for achieving
    established strategic objectives and projects.


What you bring

  • 7+ years of relevant experience,ideally in an enterprise environment building and running asset management support programs, preferably with experience in gaming, media or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of an enterprise ITAM framework.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, supporting, and continuously improving IT asset repositories.
  • Demonstrated experience with leading systems and tools for IT asset management, discovery, and automation / workflow capabilities (e.g., ServiceNow, SCCM, Lansweeper)
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow or similar platform.
  • Experience across operating systems, hardware, software and platforms (ex Jira,Confluence, Slack, O365, Google Workplace, Jamf, AirWatch, iOS, Android,Windows, macOS)
  • Credentialing (MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA Network+) is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience working in a time-sensitive, high-visibility environment.
  • Experience in leading and influencing IT staff of all levels to adopt ITAM standards, processes, and
    controls.
  • Experience working on projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong service orientation, and an understanding of the importance of developing effective working relationships with users and organizational stakeholders of all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a change agent, leading and inspiring others to act, especially under circumstances when change is unpopular.
  • Highly motivated, analytical, organized, and efficient
  • Excellent problem solving and debugging skills.
  • A college degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Systems,or relevant experience.
  • Appropriate technical certification(s) are preferred, but not required (e.g., ITIL v4, ITAM)

The pay range for this position in California at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,200 and $118,660 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
