Job Description

  • Make an accurate delivery/reception of shift (machines, people, information, material, change over, planning, etc.)
  • Flexing coordination of team members.
  • Prove that TPM tasks are completed on time.
  • Follow up and pay attention to the causes that generate delays in delivery of products and follow the critical issue procedure when applicable.
  • Provide support with participation in the operation if necessary.
  • Generate ideas for improvement that impact the output indicator.
  • Encourage teamwork.
  • Hold daily meetings with the team.
  • Coordinate tasks in contingencies knowing the strengths of team members.

Are you up for the challenge?

  • +3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Staff management. (about 15-20 people)
  • Computer skills such as Office, Outlook, etc.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • This position will work in 4x4 shift (day/night) of 12 hours.
  • The base salary for this position generally ranges between $$80,000 USD- $110,00 USD. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law
