Job Description
- Make an accurate delivery/reception of shift (machines, people, information, material, change over, planning, etc.)
- Flexing coordination of team members.
- Prove that TPM tasks are completed on time.
- Follow up and pay attention to the causes that generate delays in delivery of products and follow the critical issue procedure when applicable.
- Provide support with participation in the operation if necessary.
- Generate ideas for improvement that impact the output indicator.
- Encourage teamwork.
- Hold daily meetings with the team.
- Coordinate tasks in contingencies knowing the strengths of team members.
Are you up for the challenge?
- +3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Staff management. (about 15-20 people)
- Computer skills such as Office, Outlook, etc.
- SAP knowledge.
- This position will work in 4x4 shift (day/night) of 12 hours.
- The base salary for this position generally ranges between $$80,000 USD- $110,00 USD. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law
