Senior Manager, Monitoring Business Communications (Cambridge, MA)

Based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, overall management of Business communication planning and activation (i.e. employee and management comms; executive thought leadership) working closely with Business Unit leadership and the Business leader.

Your role:

  • In partnership with Marketing and Marcom: Content for Global / Regional Business Shows
  • In partnership with M&A Communications, support in the Business for M&A and divestments, plus integration communications when applicable.
  • Communications agency management.
  • Primary goals internally are to drive employee engagement around culture, understanding of strategy, and being a best place to work. (Holistic) Net Promoter Scoring.

You're the right fit if:

  • A results-oriented senior communications leader with a Master's degree, and 8+ years' experience, in strategic B2B communications/marketing in an international/matrixed environment. Healthcare or Technology B2B, B2G Communications strongly preferred.
  • Strong experience managing complex communications processes across a matrixed organization and strong experience communicating with multiple, diverse stakeholder groups, with proven track record in media relations beyond product PR.
  • Agency management experience, strong project management and organization skills and ability to lead internal and external resources.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams located around the world, strong ability to creatively problem solve.
  • Vibrant team player who can bring energy and creativity to a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and Strong analytical skills (data driven).
  • Excellent organizational skills and results driven. Combines strategic thinking with effective execution. Management by influence.
  • Develops expert level knowledge of company products and services and may be tasked with introducing new products/concepts. Regularly interacts with executive levels and/or customers on business communications.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Office/Remote position.
