Project Administrator Required In Southend For a 6-Month FTC Your new role The Project Assistant is a member of the Business Management Team who is responsible for maintaining, developing and streamlining existing processes.

Also, to assist with member and employer communications in relation to the With Pro Support for the Chief Executive, Trustee Board and Committees in relation to management of the With Profits Section data project.

Working within the BMT team to meet key deadlines and providing cover as appropriate (including meeting attendance etc)Some project ownership and an ability to suggest alternative approaches and improvements.


Key tasksResponsibility for managing WPS Communications includes:

Mail merges for bulk communicationsMaintenance of employer contact data Responding to employer email enquiriesResponding to employer telephone enquiriesMaintaining records of correspondenceWPS data controller:Monitor and review employer dataMaintain database, update employer filesReporting and processing of dataImproving and standardising current procedures and monitoring complianceMonitoring compliance with key statutory requirementsFile reviewsMaintenance of error logWhat you'll need to succeed Commitment and ability to work accurately to deadlinesConfident self-starter with the ability to follow processes and procedures and make suggestions for improvementsAnalytical approachExcellent communication and personal skills, a team playerGood IT skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe packagesProfessional, approachable and discreet What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
