The Role * *

Our Order Management Specialist is a key player to the service we provide our customers. In the position of Order Management Specialist, you would ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and timely, in compliance with company requirements and quality expectations. Additionally helps to ensure an excellent customer transaction experience. While processing orders, you will be responsible for maintaining effective communication and collaboration with our cross functional stakeholders as necessary. Support internal audit controls and SOX initiatives

Your day-to- day

  • Review Contracts and Order Documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Work with Deals Desk, Sales Coordinators, Sales Representatives, or others to obtain necessary documentation required for each order.
  • Track Deals through document revisions and delivery of products.
  • Accurately enter deal information into Salesforce and D365 for order processing, invoicing and commissions/forecasting purposes.
  • Process orders to meet and exceed expectations in alignment with high quality output.
  • Proactively communicate issues back to management and follow order management processes and procedures
  • Contribute to additional Order Management activities as assigned.

What you bring to the team

  • Prior experience with Order Management, Sales Operations or Deals Desk is preferred
  • Well organized and able to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a strong sense of teamwork
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with extended hours & weekends required during end of quarter
  • Self-motivated with a knack for being meticulous and detail oriented 6. Critical thinking skills
  • High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems
  • ERP (D365, SAP or Oracle) and Salesforce experience preferred
