You'll manage wires, process collections and refunds, and monitor customer funding challenges with precision and care. A successful Payroll Treasury Specialist will:

Process customer payroll transactions
Monitor and manage wires received from customers
Monitor and manage customer funding challenges
Process collections and refunds to customers
Ensure payroll processing controls are properly executed

What You Need to Get the Job Done:
Experience in payroll or a similar industry with high volume, time-sensitive movement of funds on behalf of customers
Experience in accounts receivable processing with multiple transaction types (ACH, Wire, Reverse Wire) and operating rules
Tech-savvy (you'll need to become familiar with a lot of different software)
Ability to shift between tasks with ease
Ability to learn and work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree or related work experience
