The Headlines:

In the role of Dir. Supply Chain Digital Enablement working in Milwaukee, WI you will be part of the Supply Chain Capabilities Team. You will provide strategic thought leadership to the Supply Chain leaders (SCLT) to advance digital solutions that optimize employee and customer experiences (connected, collaborative, real-time, and secured). Your expert knowledge and full understanding of interdependencies of overall business execution workflows will guide building capability to drive and sustain needed internal and external change, to meet challenging / stretch business objectives.

This position reports to Sr. Director Supply Chain Capabilities and works closely with cross functional teams across supply chain and other areas of the organization.

The Responsibilities:

Most importantly, you will lead a team of 15 talented supply chain professional's including 4 direct reports, and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one on one conversations You will provide thought leadership and recommendations to the SC Leadership Team (SCLT) in the development of the supply chain digital LRP in concert with the SC IT business partners. This includes facilitating, gathering, and synthesizing the E2E SC digital plan. Chairing and supporting SC Leadership Team decision making processes related to digital, while liaising with all SC functions, IT, Business Process Excellence, Global Business Services, Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Legal, etc. You will be part of all E2E SC digital initiatives and you or members of the team may lead the deployment efforts. You will champion step change in our people/work force digital capabilities that align with technology changes (i.e. machine learning, artificial intelligence, exception management, etc.)
  • You will be the primary owner of the SC Digital Governance & Roadmap, and will ensure appropriate change management efforts are in alignment with the E2E Initiative Management Pillar and in alignment of WCSC principles, providing the foresight and prioritization of digital solutions.
  • You will drive towards harmonized ways of working, strong foundational standards and processes, support tools, and data integrity to drive adoption, usage accountability, and systems value across the E2E supply chain systems
You will provide direction and governance on supply chain performance and data management across all supply chain functions, in partnership with IT and Business Analytics. Ensure reporting relevance and connectivity into the supply chain functions. Major focus will be the Manufacturing Network, Distribution, Planning, PMO, Beverage Innovation and Quality, and Integrated Business Planning cycle. You will lead process harmonization, RACI alignment, and continues improvement effort to support NPI within ISC and key commercials teams that supports our Innovation acceleration aspirations, that allows for brilliant execution of projects.

You have at least 10 years experience in Supply Chain Management You have experience in supply chain or operations with growing levels of responsibility Have lead multi-site, multi-function digital solution deployments. Understanding of WCSC tools and principles is a plus. Are familiar with deployment approaches (scrum, SAFRE agile, etc) You have a track record of identifying, creating, and implementing innovative business partnerships. You love a challenge.
