  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the complete Order to Cash (OTC) flow processes.
  • Evaluate and monitor exception errors within OTC workflows.
  • Propose solutions and suggest enhancements for OTC processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis to address system errors and minimize their frequency.
  • Leverage reports for effective problem-solving and to track primary KPIs and resolution times.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and maintain standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to swiftly resolve SAP exceptions.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of OTC processes, including dealer ordering, inventory management, shipping procedures, invoicing, and transactional data.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess knowledge of standard operating procedures and SAP system functionalities.
