Job Overview

The Head of Procurement and Supply Chain Management at King Juice Company is responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies for both direct and indirect materials and services.   • Formulate and execute procurement strategies for food raw materials, packaging, transportation, warehousing, and contract manufacturing.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of procurement experience, particularly within the food industry, covering various categories and both direct and indirect expenditures.
  • Experience in contract manufacturing and international sourcing is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, supported by direct or indirect experience in other supply chain roles.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record in leadership and coaching.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation.
  • The ability to influence collaboratively across teams.
  • A hands-on work ethic, capable of operating at multiple organizational levels.
  • Experience in a start-up or transformational environment is advantageous.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of procurement, food manufacturing, and distribution.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving situations.
  • Experience with ERP systems is essential.
