  • Developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy for execution with our global hub team to attract top talent for the North American Petrochemicals Division.
  • As the point of contact for our Talent Acquisition Team in the hub, the Talent Partner will provide overall support and escalation for the Talent Acquisition Partner and the Recruiter to ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive onboarding program that aligns with the company's goals and culture for our business unit.
  • Ensuring consistency in the onboarding experience across all departments while allowing for necessary customization including within the technician/ chemical operator perspective in partnership with local HR and Learning & Development Coordinators.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the digital onboarding tool (Enboarder) and making adjustments as needed.
  • Ensuring a positive first 30 days by regularly checking in with new hires and gathering feedback on their experience.
  • Organizing and facilitate our bi-monthly virtual onboarding sessions and our bi-annual CPN Orientation in person event.
  • Designing and executing talent programs to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees including but not limited to nomination programs, talent reviews, unique experiences, succession planning, and more.
  • Leading our performance management process that promote continuous feedback and professional growth focused on goal setting, mid-year review, and end of year performance calibrations. Acting as the point of contact for the Global HR Performance Process for calibration, rating, and bonus distribution in partnership with Head of HR.
  • Leveraging your experience in training & development, you will design, and facilitate our individual contributors on critical soft skills such as giving/receiving feedback, writing SMART goals, etc. to promote an environment of continuous learning.
  • Creating and facilitating various leadership development training and upskilling.
  • Identifying potential gaps/needs of the organization for overall L&D in partnership with local HR, managers, individual contributors, and learning & development coordinators/specialists on site.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, talent management, learning & development, or related roles, with a focus on strategic people initiatives; as well as proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and culture-building practices with demonstrated experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and LMS.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights; as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking and planning, with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively; with adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
