PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES/JOB SUMMARY

The IT Systems Integrator works closely with the Systems Integration Manager and acts as an onsite resource for integrating new shop acquisitions. This role involves maintaining systems and applications to ensure seamless business operations, while collaborating with various departments and vendors for effective process flow.

NOTE:

Key responsibilities of this position may change over time to accommodate necessary adjustments or management decisions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB FUNCTION

  • Lead IT initiatives for new shop acquisitions and oversee the transition of existing systems to Classic's core platforms.
  • Provide on-site support for system troubleshooting, projects, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with Operations and IT to ensure smooth integration of systems and applications.
  • Work with IT Project Manager and vendors to address issues and optimize system performance.
  • Create and execute test plans for system changes, maintain documentation, and coordinate changes with relevant teams.
  • Ensure proper controls and audit logs are in place and provide end-user support and training.
  • Stay updated on relevant technologies, regulations, and implement best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 1 to 3 years of IT Project experience.
  • 3 years of Information Technology experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Not Required.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Understand business process requirements related to applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with Operations and IT.
  • Maintain expertise in supporting and administering applications.
  • Work efficiently in varied work situations and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adept at multitasking with a keen eye for detail and excellent time management.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Travel required up to 50%.
