Job Description

Lead commercialization activities at external manufacturing sites to ensure new products, tech transfers, reformulations and packaging changes are completed on time, on cost and compliant with quality standards.Negotiate supplier pricing and manage draft and final cost sheets for turnkey products.Manage bill of material changes with manufacturing sites to execute as quickly as possible while minimizing obsolete inventory.Monitor and manage site capacity and capabilitiesFacilitate weekly open order reviews between Planning team and manufacturing sites to optimize fill rates.Identify and resolve supply issues and constraints leveraging internal and external resources.Establish KPIs to track manufacturing site performance.Manage site relationships to ensure R&D and Quality requests are met.Lead monthly top to top site reviews.All other duties as assigned.
