Role Overview: The Director of Sales Operations will be the driving force behind the sales success of all Bettenhausen locations. This role is responsible for creating and executing innovative sales strategies, ensuring operational excellence, and cultivating a winning culture across the dealership group. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire teams, think strategically, and consistently elevate our brand and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership & Vision: Lead all sales operations across Bettenhausen locations, setting the standard for excellence and driving performance at every level.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with the company's goals, ensuring sustained growth and profitability across all rooftops.
  • Goal Setting & Achievement: Set clear, ambitious sales goals for each location, driving accountability and enthusiasm among sales teams to exceed targets.
  • Market Intelligence & Adaptation: Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to inform and refine sales strategies, keeping Bettenhausen at the forefront of the industry.
  • Community Relationship Building: Strengthen our community connections by building meaningful relationships with local organizations and customers, enhancing Bettenhausen's reputation as a trusted community leader.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and other internal teams to optimize advertising strategies and maximize the impact of marketing efforts on sales performance.
  • Performance Management: Implement and enforce key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales teams, using data-driven insights to foster accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.

  • A proven track record of leading successful sales operations within the automotive dealership industry, with the ability to manage multiple locations effectively.
  • Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive measurable growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a talent for inspiring and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage market insights and data to shape innovative sales strategies.
