How will you make an impact in this role?

Drives processes and execution oversight for Engineering Teams. Enables Product Engineering team productivity and agility by demonstrating Agile/Scrum concepts and principles where appropriate. Focuses on team execution Organizational Context:
Member of a product delivery team reporting to PD&I director .Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical solutions and architecture design with the engineering & product teamDrives team/release level processes demonstrating servant leadership coupled with domain knowledge and technical savvySupport product owners by ensuring backlog refinement and readinessCreate data-driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metricsProvide visibility into gaps, issues, risks, and opportunities across Agile teamsManages external relationships, e.g. product or vendor partners Technical Skills: Understand the team's technical platforms and applications, and leading design & solutioningLive the Agile and SAFe Values and PrinciplesRespectfully and purposefully challenge the status quoInspires collaboration and quality practices between system architects, Agile teams, and product teamsProvides guidance to ensure the timely identification and prioritization of technical infrastructure to support implementation of priority features and enablers, e.g. Architectural RunwayPromotes compliance with SDLC standards across the team Product Delivery & Integration: Influence without authority through effective change and leadership managementWorks in partnership with Product Owners and the core and extended team to build and prioritize the product backlogResponsible for tracking iteration progress, actively adding to design discussions, issue resolution, and removing obstacles to ensure sprint/iteration commitments are metMinimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical field, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.9+ years of technical delivery experience with a demonstrated track record of growing responsibility.Experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget, and to spec.Experience with design and coding across one or more platforms and languages a plus.High-performing Behaviors:Steer and deliver communications to all levels of leadershipBuilds high trust and creditability within the team through deep domain knowledge of the business and underlying technologyDrives the DevOps, CI/CD (Continuous Integration /Continuous Deployment) mindset and practices within the teamTechnology Core Competencies:Adaptive CommunicationAgile PracticesIndustry and Company KnowledgeTechnology Industry Trends Game ChangersCourage, Curiosity, Ingenuity, TenacityEnterprise and Business ArchitectureRelease and DeploymentRequirements Gathering and DefinitionLeadership, Analytical Thinking, Decision MakingPreferred QualificationsAgile Certification or Certified Scrum Master a plus. Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
