Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for bridge construction projects, considering factors such as labor, materials, equipment, permits, and overhead costs.
  • Project Management: Lead project teams by setting clear goals, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project quality to ensure workmanship, materials, and construction methods meet industry standards and project specifications.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and any potential issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager and Estimator in earthwork projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software, cost estimation tools, and scheduling software.
  • Strong understanding of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
