The Role

As our CRM Manager, you will build a comprehensive lifecycle communications strategy for our students, working collaboratively with our Admissions, Learning, Career Services and Product team to align on initiatives, channels that will enhance our student experience.

Our ideal CRM manager candidate has a strong background in building customer journeys, segmentation, and marketing automation using email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS channels.

What You'll Do:
Design and execute a multi-channel communication strategy to support students at every step of the journey, increasing enrollment, retention, graduation, externships, and job placement.

Identify, design, and implement communication automation workflows to improve student journeys and support lean operations.

Monitor and track student engagement metrics, conducting ongoing analysis of campaign performance to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing efforts.

Identify key student segments and tailor communications accordingly, continuously refining segmentation strategies based on evolving student behavior and company goals.

Design and implement internal communication strategies to ensure all relevant teams understand new policy changes and product releases.

Build infrastructure for our communication platforms, managing segments, events, and attributes.

This job is for you if:
You have 3+ years of experience in a CRM, email, lifecycle, or retention marketing role, preferably working at an early-stage direct-to-consumer start-up

You have experience with email service providers like , Iterable, Braze or HubSpot

You have experience with customer segmentation techniques, implementing personalized marketing communications strategies to enhance customer engagement.

You understand marketing A/B testing and relevant measurement methodologies and are comfortable with data analysis tools and techniques

You learn quickly through experimentation

You thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

You can effectively collaborate with others across multiple teams

Bonus points if:
You've worked in education or healthcare.

You've worked with Lifecycle Customer Communications in previous roles
