About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Community Associate to join our team at Regus Management Group LLC. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience at our workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the workspace, including maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized support to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to plan and execute events and activities that promote a sense of community among our customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping, as required.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country where the role is based.
