Working closely with MMESD and other NIH Clinical Center staff in analyzing supply practices, models, systems and processes, and develops and recommends strategies that allow for better support to the NIH Clinical Center.

Serving as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR - Level II) for medical facility bulk supplies and equipment purchases, services and contracts.

These various contracts are of high dollar value and range from software, specialized medical equipment to contractor services.
Exercising full supervisory responsibility over the staff of the section.
